Yesterday, we told you that a good picture in your be2 profile can do more than just show off a pretty face. Ideally, it can show many aspects of your personality and help you find love. Today, it’s advice time with the dos and don’ts of profile photos. Remember: a good picture in your profile will attract attention and increase your chances of finding love!

… choose a photo that shows the real you. After all, you want to find love with someone who likes you the way you are.
… pay attention to photo quality. Blurry, badly lit pictures won’t help you find love.
… pick a picture that you like yourself. Men are attracted to confident women. Women are attracted to men who are at ease with their looks. A good opinion of yourself makes you more attractive!
… ask friends for advice. Let men and women who know you well comment on your choice. They can give you a third-party view or help with suggestions.
… use a natural-looking photo. To find love, you need to look approachable, so don’t recycle the pictures you used for your last job application!
… allow the photo to reflect your personality. Men and women who want to find love at be2 are not all looking for the same thing. If you are funny, shy, romantic or outgoing, let the pose and background of the picture reflect that.

… hide more than you reveal. Men seem to be especially fond of wearing large sunglasses. Those may look cool, but they hide your eyes, which is one thing women usually want to see. Women often wear too much makeup, which most men find unappealing. Anything too posed, over-dressed or with too much makeup will make people wonder what you are hiding.
… show too much, either. If you show too much skin, instead of finding love, you might find men or women who are interested in your body and not much else.
… go overboard. Men in superman costumes or women pulling faces might be attractive to some people, but they can give others the wrong impression. Try to find the middle ground.
